Chicago

Chicago

My trip to Chicago was brief but memorable; I arrived in a cold late December, with of temperatures of around -25°C, so cold that Lake Michigan partially froze. Early Sunday morning, before the city life awakened, I set out for an adventure with a camera in hand. I felt like the city had stopped just for me as there wasn’t a soul to be seen in the city; the taxi driver who thought I was a bit bonkers for wanting to take pictures in freezing temperatures. I captured an unusually vacant Chicago in all its glory; true blue skies, towering skyscrapers and a dazzling sun. Chicago was an unforgettable experience and its striking splendour in that cold early morning will forever remain in my memories.
